Organic cocoa butter

Cocoa butter is one of the main ingredients in Moka sticks. High in fatty acids and vitamin e, cocoa butter helps to nourish the skin, and forms a protective barrier to lock in moisture, leaving your skin feeling soft and hydrated.

Cocoa butter also has anti-aging properties, is good for stretch marks and offers protection against the sun’s UV rays.

It has a rich, chocolatey smell and naturally fragrances our ‘cacao’ scent.

We use organic, fair trade cocoa butter from West Africa, supporting local communities in Ghana and Burkina Faso.

Organic shea butter

Shea butter is like a super-food for the skin! It’s highly moisturising but also non-greasy, and feels amazing on the skin.

Shea butter is high in vitamin a and e, and is anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antioxidant and antibacterial. All the good stuff!

We use organic, fair trade shea butter from West Africa, supporting local communities in Ghana and Burkina Faso.

Organic coconut oil

Coconut oil is ultra-moisturising and feels great on the skin. It’s excellent for dry skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, soothing and healing cracked skin. Coconut oil melts at 24°C ensuring your Moka stick glides effortlessly on your skin.

Candelilla wax

Candelilla wax is a vegan wax made from the candelilla plants native to Mexico. It’s fast absorbing, packed with vitamins for the skin and stabilises the Moka stick to stop it from melting.

Organic sunflower oil

Sunflower oil is fast absorbing into the skin and won’t clog pores. It’s also high in vitamins such as vitamin E, vitamin A, vitamin D and vitamin K.

Organic arrowroot powder

Arrowroot powder is made from the roots of the arrowroot plant, native to south america. This fine powder helps Moka absorb quickly into the skin and makes Moka feel less greasy from the oils and butters used.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an antioxidant and is a powerful moisturiser and healer for skin.
